Jacks are worth 11, Queens 12 and Kings 13. The valid pairs are:

6 and 8
3 and J
7 and 7
4 and 10
Reserve (1 pile: of 8 cards)
The top card is available for play.
Waste (1 pile in the middle on the right-hand side of the screen)
place for discarded cards.
